Hi! I’m Eliza & I'd love to share my story on how I got into real estate.

After working in Human Resources almost my entire career, I decided to take a leap in a new direction, and get my real estate license. For several years I had been managing my husband and I's personal investment properties in Colorado, handling short term, mid term and long term rentals.

Through this experience, I became incredibly familiar with the buying and selling process, property management and rental laws, as well as learning about creative deals with unique off-market property purchases with Bunny Hill Properties. Real estate has truly become my passion!

One of my favorite things about real estate is helping buyers find their dream homes and investors find properties that can generate passive income. I believe that everyone deserves a space they can call their own, and I'm passionate about helping make that happen.
